Warum? Liegt es daran, dass wir immer intensiver sp\u00fcren, dass die Arbeit, so wie sie heute gestaltet ist, nicht mehr zeitgerecht ist? Liegt es daran, dass uns Arbeit schlicht und ergreifend keinen Spa\u00df bereitet und wir dieser in der Regel nur missmutig nachkommen? Das wird man wohl nicht verneinen k\u00f6nnen. Der Eine vielleicht mehr, der Andere weniger. Spannend finde ich auch, dass dieses Thema einen sehr stringenten Bezug zu meinem letzten Post <a href=\"http:\/\/blog-conny-dethloff.de\/?p=3016\">Der blinde Fleck in den Diskussionen rund um F\u00fchrung und Zusammenarbeit<\/a> hat, was Sie an meinen Antworten im Rahmen des Interviews auch sicherlich wahrnehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Interview finden Sie <a href=\"http:\/\/bosbach.mobi\/wordpress\/conny-dethloff-senior-manager-business-intelligence-auf-der-reise-des-verstehens\/\">hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ich freue mich schon auf das Jahr 2025, wenn ich zusammen mit Guido meine heutigen W\u00fcnschen und Visionen zu dieser Thematik reflektieren kann.
